Mixed bag

I really loved 3 of these flavours, mocha hazelnut is definitely my favourite.

They are quite dry, but no stomach issues which is a bonus. Very good for post run recovery

Pleasantly surprised

Not as palatable as something filled with unrestricted ingredients but not bad.

Only fairly subtle differences between the various flavours.

Good selection and easy on the tum!

Good range of flavours, would definitely recommend trying a variety, I wasn't too keen on the peanut one but loved 3 or 4 of the other flavours so I know I'll enjoy those and will re-order. I've struggled to find a bar that I can tolerate so I'm glad to have found these.

Best ever vegan snack

I love these, as all the ingredients are natural, no sugar and gluten free, and vegan, what's not to like , I take mine to work and have it with a fruit salad, greek yoghurt and a matcha tea, and that sees me through the afternoon. Can't decide on a favourite flavour as all are very tasty, so I stick with the sample bags for now, the mint and chocolate, and the peanut ones are high on the list though.

Great taste, great prices, and I know I'm eating something good.

A mixed bag and something for everyone

Good product and I had nonreaction or flare up when eaten. I’m new to low FODMAP and this made protein snacks very easy.

I had favourites in the flavours and will buy again.

Very impressed!

I really enjoyed working my way through the sample pack. The bars are really tasty and filling but extremely light on the tummy - no upset or bloating at all thanks to the lovely and thoughtful ingredients! I’m a big fan and have since reordered - I went for the sample pack again as still can’t decide which one is my favourite! Possibly the raspberry or lemon ones if I had to choose 😋😋

Our bars are designed to be eaten at any time of day. Some ideas include:

  • A quick protein hit before a workout
  • Mid morning or afternoon snack
  • A trusted travel snack – for planes, overseas trips with foreign food
  • Chopped up and sprinkled on a smoothie bowl to boost protein
  • On the go snack for busy parents (who often have to share with their kids)

Unlike most bars, Fodbods protein bars are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients – no artificial fillers, preservatives or sweeteners. They’re great as a pregnancy and breastfeeding snack when you need extra protein. Obviously check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Our bars have a shelf life of 12 months and we make them regularly. They are not unsafe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as fresh. 

The bars should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you're lucky to live somewhere tropical and warm, it might be worth storing them in the fridge to maintain their shape and texture.

Our traditional protein bars contain about 10g of sugar per 50g bar. They’re sweetened with a small amount of organic brown rice syrup.
