Really tasty and kind on the tummy

These protein bars have become a staple of my diet and are on repeat order. My first order was in March, and I am still as impressed now as I was then at how tasty they are with none of the bloat. I have tried most of the flavours, and the Double Chocolate and Peanut Chocolate are definitely my favourite. Alternating between the two make the palate less bored, so after I have had one flavour I look forward to having the other flavour next. I think the size and protein content are perfect, and they are just enough to make you feel sated in between meals or after workouts. The only downside to these bars is that they can be quite crumbly, but I would honestly much rather put up with that than with additional coatings on top that would only serve to add calories and not much nutritional content. So overall, I am very happy with these bars and so glad I discovered them. I now look forward to when they make the protein powder available in the UK.

I love these bars. Clean ingredients. Very chocolatey so you feel like you are having a treat. 16 g of protein. What more can you want?!

I’ve recommended these to everybody that I know who eats protein bars. I do have IBS and I’m sensitive to so many things but these have been great, no unwanted effects!

They taste lovely, more chocolatey that I thought they would be which is great as I love something sweet pre run.

I'm living the (rather challenging) FODMAP life. Whilst when I'm at home and have control over everything which goes into my body, things are tolerable - when I'm travelling for work, things aren't so easy. I just spent a week in Germany for a trade show, where the food options at both the hotel and showfloor are extremely limited/risky for me. I put a box of these in my suitcase - and they got me through a week of early starts, late finishes and endless client meetings.

They're very tasty - and wonderfully dense - so you feel like you've eaten something fairly substantial rather than a quick '2 bites and gone'.

I was looking for a larger bar to mini mint bars I love, as sometimes I have them for lunch on the go.

Vanessa at Fodbods kindly let me know this bar has the same ingredients as the mini chocolate one, but without the mint.

I was so grateful as it’s delicious, filling, no bloating and gentle on the gut. I will keep on ordering these bars. Nothing else like this on the market! Totally recommend. I’m also so impressed with the email communication from Fodbods. I feel they genuinely care about their customers and their product.

These bars are a great snack and perfect for travelling. I honestly really struggle with eating and snacking when on the go and these make it so much easier. They are super tasty and satisfying and keep me full for hours! I wouldn't be without them now, they beat any other protein or lowfodmap bar. I look forward to them everyday!
