Peanut Choc Bites

Made with only 3 simple ingredients, these no-bake bites are a healthy twist on the classic dessert treat, peanut butter cups.
Low FODMAP serving = 3 bites

Ingredients (makes 8 bites)

  • 90g dark chocolate
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup


    1. Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted. 
    2. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup. 
    3. Pour half of the melted chocolate into 8 mini patty cases then add a small dollop of the peanut mixture in the centre. 
    4. Pour the remaining chocolate over the top, sprinkling with salt if desired before placing in the fridge to set.
