Made with only 3 simple ingredients, these no-bake bites are a healthy twist on the classic dessert treat, peanut butter cups.
Low FODMAP serving = 3 bites
Ingredients (makes 8 bites)
- 90g dark chocolate
- 50g peanut butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted.
- In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate into 8 mini patty cases then add a small dollop of the peanut mixture in the centre.
- Pour the remaining chocolate over the top, sprinkling with salt if desired before placing in the fridge to set.
