1 Ingredient Cookies

Did you know that you can turn our delicious protein bars into warm, fudgy cookies?! Yes, you read that right. They're super easy to make and don't require any additional ingredients so remain vegan, gluten free and low FODMAP!


  • Your favourite Fodbods protein bar (1 bar makes 2 cookies)


  1. Roughly rip your bar in half and roll into 2 balls. 
  2. Place onto a piece of baking paper and then into a sandwich press.
  3. Remove after 2 minutes and enjoy! Best served warm (even better with a cup of milk or tea).
