Packed full of wholesome oats, crunchy nuts, and a hint of sweetness, this low FODMAP recipe is perfect for breakfast or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 Peanut Choc Chunk Fodbods Protein Bars
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl then spread onto the baking tray.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite yogurt or milk and ENJOY!
