Peanut Butter Choc Granola

Packed full of wholesome oats, crunchy nuts, and a hint of sweetness, this low FODMAP recipe is perfect for breakfast or a satisfying snack. 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cups rolled oats⁠
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts⁠
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon ⁠
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup⁠
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter⁠
  • 2 Peanut Choc Chunk Fodbods Protein Bars
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil ⁠

Instructions⁠

  1. Prepare oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper. 
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl then spread onto the baking tray. ⁠
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favourite yogurt or milk and ENJOY!⁠
