Chocolate Chia Pudding

This choccie chia pudding is gluten free, vegan friendly and low FODMAP so everyone can enjoy. It's good for the gut, requires very minimal effort and can be eaten on the go. Oh, and did we mention it's high in fibre and protein, so you'll be left feeling energised and fuller for longer! 


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • + coconut yogurt and strawberries to top, if desired


  1. In an air-tight jar, mix together all of the ingredients (besides toppings).
  2. Leave to settle for 5 minutes, stir well then place into the fridge (ideally overnight).
  3. If desired, top with sliced strawberries and yogurt and enjoy.
