Fodbods Sample Pack

Great idea to offer samples! Found a few flavours that I really enjoyed and a few that I didn't. No gut issues with any and obviously flavour is an individual choice.

This was a great way to try the flavours and see whether the bars were what I was looking for. My favourites were Hazelnut Mocha, Banana and Double Chocolate. I found that they satiated me for hours when I was hungry, unlike other bars with the same calories or more, so I will definitely be purchasing these to carry around with me for when I'm on the go. My only criticism is that I was only interested in trying the protein bars and did not have this option.

I bought the Fodbods sample pack as a gift for a relative and it went down so well! The selection was incredible and the bars were the perfect snack size without the stomach pain that normally follows for people with IBS! They will definitely be a repurchase and would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed exploring the different flavours picking my favourites as I go along. Generally, the bars are lighter than other protein bars and I have really enjoyed the flavours!

So many snack companies claim to be healthy, but still have lots of sugar added etc. These snacks are low fodmap and perfect for getting rid of the hunger pangs without giving you a sugar spike-crash. Tasty and interesting flavours, definitely recommend them!

Ive only tried the hazelnut mocha, mint and the double chocolate so far. My favourite has been the hazelnut mocha. They are great snack and good to keep in you bag, Looking forward to trying the rest.

I was disappointed to find some of the items crushed on arrival. I was then dismayed to see this was probably due to the long journey from Australia. In food miles alone I couldn’t recommend. Some of the flavours are nice and the idea is good. However I wont be buying again.

They are very yummy, good range of flavours, I havnt tried all flavours yet but peanut butter protein bar was yummy and double chocolate was defo a treat bar. I haven’t had any reactions which is lovely! I would say protein bars do have a very slight protein flavour/texture more so in the lemon one, however it’s not unpleasant and is what you would expect from a protein bar! I will defo re order. More likely the protein bars as I’m not so keen on buckwheat in my body (in the lamingtons) I used them alongside other things as well, chopped up in yogurt bowls etc.

My favourite post exercise protein bars. Great taste across the range, very kind on my sensitive stomach. No Maltidol thank goodness!
