This is my go-to bar out of all of the FodBods. I always make sure there is a box of them. Yummy and not too sweet, they are the perfect snack in the house; and especially on the go - I keep them in the car for a blood sugar balancing and satiating protein snack when I am hungry. It stops me eating something worse/calling into the shops. The protein really does mean appetite is reduced and it is the right size to last until meal time.

Excellent: tasty, dairy free, super gut friendly for sensitive tummies, clean ingredients, low sugar, healthy, AND non-inflammatory. And this one is non-chocolate for those avoiding chocolate. Hard to find all this in a protein bar, but FodBods have done it.

Great taste and nutrician. I love peanut butter and banana and will be back for more., though ideally I would opt for a slightly smaller bar size.

These are just delicious! I have these almost daily as a snack or dessert and they are just the best!

The FodBods Banana variety usually sends me bananas for the bars, resulting in me running low on the supply I keep in the office.

I loooooove these! Even if I didn't benefit from a low fodmap diet (which I do!) I would love them for their simple ingredients list and lack of additives. So many protein bars are full of sweeteners, stabilisers, preservatives etc, and they still don't taste as good as Fodbods. I would recommend these to anyone for a tasty, filling and healthy snack, and especially for those with tummy troubles! 10/5 would order again 🍌😋

I really love these bars, this one is the best flavour. I have them for dessert after my dinner and they're fairly healthy so I don't feel guilty! Good for My IBS too.

I found them delicious and filling. I did try to eat a whole one at one sitting, and that -- at least for me -- wasn't a good idea. This caused a bit of stomach upset and some belching. But IBS and FODMAPS folks are living in a continual state of experimentation.

Also a bit difficult to bite for the older jaw, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

But glad to find SOMETHING I can carry with me for a snack, even if I can't eat the whole thing.

This size is more of a meal replacement bar for me. I’ve tried most of the flavours but this banana peanut butter is my new favourite. As I suffer from IBS they are a great for bad tumm Days.
