All the yum without the bloated tum.

I’ve been suffering from IBS/SIBO for many years now and finding a snack that’s low fodmap has been challenging until I found these bars. They’re a really great flavour filling too, packed with protein. Great after or before a session in the gym or a run.

They are lovely,

Sadly way above my price range, including postage per month the cost for me to have one per day is over £90 , that’s impossible, being a protein bar one a day is a great way to go, that’s an average of less than one a day per month 😳 it’s sad because even with the monash app it feels safe to eat , but unaffordable 💕🙏🏻

Absolutely lovely!

They have the perfect texture, and the chocolate chunks in the midst make it a yummy treat, all whilst being healthy and high in protein! Only annoying bit is how often they go out of stock

A lovely bit of chocolate naughty but niceness!

These are my 3rd favourite fodbods protein bars, which is why I’ve only given 4 stars. It’s great that they are vegan, low fodmap and have healthier sugars than a lot of protein bars.

Great protein snack

I’ve found this bar perfect as an afternoon snack to keep me full until dinner. The fact it is fodmap friendly gives me confidence in eating it without having to worry about potential digestion issues.
