I really love these bars, this one is the best flavour. I have them for dessert after my dinner and they're fairly healthy so I don't feel guilty! Good for My IBS too.

Delicious

I found them delicious and filling. I did try to eat a whole one at one sitting, and that -- at least for me -- wasn't a good idea. This caused a bit of stomach upset and some belching. But IBS and FODMAPS folks are living in a continual state of experimentation.

Also a bit difficult to bite for the older jaw, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

But glad to find SOMETHING I can carry with me for a snack, even if I can't eat the whole thing.

Absolutely delicious

This size is more of a meal replacement bar for me. I’ve tried most of the flavours but this banana peanut butter is my new favourite. As I suffer from IBS they are a great for bad tumm Days.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend these bars for anyone with a sensitive gut. I’ve spent years trying to find high protein bars that upset my stomach, Fodbods are definitely the best ones I’ve found so far. Will definitely continue to buy them!
